  • How long will it take me

    It typically takes around 6 hours, but you repeat sections if you need to.

  • Is the certificate validated

    You will receive an in-house Level 2 equivalent Certificate. If you require a CIEH Level 2 qualification, then please get in touch as I can deliver this as a separate course. I am an experienced Food Safety specialist with 25 years in the Industry. I have taught Food safety and nutrition and have also owned a food business where I have put into practice all the elements of food safety. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Environment Health.

  • What is the format of the course

    The course is made up of a combination of presentations, videos, text and online assessments. The final assessment will involve 20 multiple choice questions and there is a pass rate of 14 correct answers.
